“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed”.Michael Jordan.

Love this! It makes you feel good because someone like Michael Jordan is so honest and confident in his ability that he can admit that he failed on so many occasions. But what he is offering us, is an opportunity to own failure but come back stronger. That failure is not a devastating life event but a short-term pain that can change into a long-term learning opportunity. We have all failed, and we will fail again. It is a regular part of life and development.
